This option is for weddings outside the UK or longer hires, allowing you to select longer with the item to accommodate for travel. The box must still be delivered to a UK address and returned in the UK.

We didn’t hire a videographer for our wedding and our biggest regret is not having more of the laughter, voices and chaos to look back on.

I’m not tech-savvy. Will it be easy to film our wedding ourselves?
Yes! All our equipment is easy to use, arrives ready to go and has full instructions. Choose guests best suited to film your wedding and it will be simple.
Will the audio be good enough to hear our vows and speeches clearly?
Yes. Our cameras have good quality microphones built-in to pick up nearby or loud sound. For ceremony and speeches, we've included small wireless microphones those speaking can wear discreetly for clear audio, even when the camera is further back.
Do we get every single clip, and how soon can we watch the footage?
You get 100% off the recorded footage! We aim to have all your footage available on your personal online link within 7 days of your wedding.
What happens if we damage or break the equipment?
You probably won't. One of the many reasons we've chosen the items is they're really tough, perfect for an energetic, boozy party. We try to keep things simple and fair:
- You’re responsible for the equipment from the moment they’re delivered to you until you hand them back to the courier.
- Normal wear and tear is free—a few scuffs are no big deal.
- If there’s an accident (like the camera slips off a table by mistake), you’ll pay up to £99 per camera for repairs (or less if it’s cheaper to fix).
- If the gear is misused, lost, or stolen, you may be charged up to £1,200—the full replacement value of the VlogBox.
- Once you’ve returned the package to the courier, our shipping insurance takes over, so you’re no longer responsible.
We’ll always inspect any damage and talk with you first. Our goal is to make this easy and affordable—just treat the cameras as if they were your own, and we’ll handle the rest!

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 60 days before your wedding—just email hello@lovio.co.uk.
Cancellations within 60 days of your wedding are non-refundable, as your booking may have prevented another couple from hiring the kit.
How does shipping and returning the cameras work?
The cameras will be delivered to you prior to your wedding via courier. Once your day is over, follow the instructions to pack up the cameras and drop off at a UPS Access Point.
If you're off on honeymoon, please arrange for a friend or family member to post the kit back.
Select the date you're getting married when booking. If you need extra time with the kit take a look at the Destination wedding option, which allows you to book for longer.
Do we need editing?
Nope! Your Wedding Video Album is designed so you don’t need editing.
Unlike a traditional wedding film, you get every speech, every laugh, every dance—all beautifully organized and ready to watch back.
Your footage is curated – We remove bad clips, organise everything into easy-to-browse folders.
Feels like a "video photo album" – Just like scrolling through wedding pictures, but in motion.
Want an edited video? No problem, we have a range of editing options available that can be booked with your kit, or even ordered after your wedding.
Is the battery life enough for the entire day?
Yes. Each camera has storage and battery life for 7+ hours of continuous recording. In reality, you'll start/stop recording through the day, so the battery life will easily last from preparations to dancing!
Is this a replacement for professional videography?
It depends on what you want from your wedding video!
If you’re looking for a cinematic, highly edited wedding film, then a professional videographer might be the better choice. But if you want a real, unfiltered, and personal record of your wedding day—captured by the people who know you best—then this is perfect for you.
More Personal – Your friends & family capture the day from their perspective, including fun, unscripted moments no videographer would catch.
More Affordable – Professional videography can cost £1,500+, while this gives you a full video record of your wedding for a fraction of the price.
