Thank you for booking RingBox! Your wedding day is just around the corner!

We suggest sharing this information with a few key people at the wedding, seeing as you'll be a bit busy!
Have a great wedding!
How to setup the audio guestbook
1. Remove the phone from the box and place on a flat surface.
2. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the phone until you hear 'power on'.
To leave a message guests pick up the handset, hear a pre-recorded greeting followed by a beep, then can record their message. When they're finished speaking, they put the phone down to hang up and end the recording.
Test it now by picking up the phone.
Your phone is ready to use! If you're not going to use it now, power it off to prevent the battery draining.
Use the included sign next to the phone so guests know how to use it.
How to record a custom greeting
If you'd like to record a custom message follow the below instructions. Note, once you record a custom message, you can't get the pre-recorded message back.
Tip: Keep your greeting message short.
1. Hang up the phone
2. Press and HOLD the centre button on the phone that says 'greeting'.
3. You will hear a 'beep' keep holding the button.
4. After the 'beep' record your message (do not pick up the phone, just say the message out loud)
5. Release the button to end your recording.
6. The message will automatically play.
7. If you're happy with your message, lift the handset to hear it again and check your guests will hear it. If you're unhappy with it, repeat these steps.
Your phone is ready to use! If you're not going to use it now, power it off to prevent the battery draining. Your greeting will be remembered next time you power the phone on.
Use the included sign next to the phone so guests know how to use it.
Returning Your RingBox
Here's how to send your RingBox back
Return Instructions
Packaging Your Box
1. Place the sign at the bottom of the box, face down. Place the mini easel on top. Place the phone on top of this, removing the handset, placing it at the side of the phone. Avoid having the feet of the phone resting on the easel, as this can make it too tight a fit in the box.
2. Close both latches on the box.
Returning with the cardboard box:
If you kept the original cardboard box we shipped the RingBox to you in, you can put it back in this to ship it back. Seal the box with strong tape. Please don't use a different box unless it is a similar size, as we are charged more if you return with a much larger box.
Attach the included return shipping label to the cardboard box over the delivery shipping label, so that only the return label is visible. Remove any other labels or barcodes from the box to avoid shipping issues.
Returning without the cardboard box:
You can ship us back the RingBox in the Peli Case without putting it in another box, but follow these steps carefully:
1. Ensure the box is securely closed.
2. Attach the included cable ties through the silver holes on each side. Ensure these are done up correctly.
3. Stick the return shipping label on the front of the box.
Returning Your Box
To return your package it must be dropped off at a UPS Access Point in the UK. These are often convenience stores or lockers.
Find your nearest drop-off point bt visiting: www.ups.com/dropoff
Please try to drop-off before the Standard deadline on your return day, usually 11am.
You’ll typically be given a physical or digital receipt to keep as proof of postage. You should not have to pay anything, the label is pre-paid.
What happens next?
Once you've dropped off your parcel, it will be collected and usually returned to us within 48hours. We'll process your return and give you access to your recordings, usually within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

What do I do if the equipment is lost?
Sometimes items go missing in the chaos of a day. If this happens:
- Let us know right away by emailing hello@lovio.co.uk.
- Include any details that might help locate it (e.g., location last seen, whether it was in use or packed away).
- We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Returning even partially lost items (like a mic clip or charging cable) is important and appreciated.

Please stop using the item immediately. Using damaged equipment can be unsafe and may cause further harm to the gear.
What to do next:
- Collect all parts of the damaged item, even the small bits.
- Place them back in the case securely. Keeping everything together helps us assess the damage properly.
- Do not try to fix it yourself.

What do I do if the equipment stops working?
We’ve packed your kit fully tested and ready to go—but tech doesn’t always behave.
Here's what to do:
- Refer to the Help Centre – Double check you've followed the instructions and are using the equipment correctly
- Try simple restarts – Often turning the item off and back on solves the problem.
- If the issue persists, email hello@lovio.co.uk or call 01228 585 701 as soon as you can.
- Avoid using malfunctioning equipment—it may lead to damage or poor-quality results.
